Your Role: What You’ll Do
As a Direct Sales Representative for Lakewood Ranch Exterminators, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Generation: Use door-to-door sales strategies to connect with potential customers and introduce them to our services.
- Customer Relationships: Understand customer concerns and provide tailored pest control solutions to meet their needs.
- Exceeding Sales Goals: Hit and exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate sales records.
- Earning Residuals: Build long-term income streams from recurring customer contracts, with residual percentages increasing as you grow.
Are You a Good Fit?
We’re looking for motivated individuals who:
- Have proven success in sales, with pest control experience as a bonus.
- Possess strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Are ambitious, self-driven, and thrive in competitive sales environments.
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Have experience in technical sales (preferred but not required).
Job Requirements
- Location: Must be able to relocate or commute to Lakewood Ranch, FL, and surrounding areas.
- Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
- License: A valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in the past 7 years.
- Screening: Must pass background and drug screening tests.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
